- Publik Coffee – With their newest location in a warehouse that formerly operated as a printing press, this industrial SLC coffeehouse gives off a cool vibe. From the sweeter, special blends to the no-nonsense blend called Miles Goodyear’s Cabin, Publik Coffee has tasty joe for the coffee connoisseur or coffee dabbler.
- Alchemy Coffee – With plans to begin roasting their own beans soon, Alchemy is a site for culture in the city, including art and theatre. Check one of their locations out in Capitol Hill.
- Blue Copper – Located in the Central Ninth, this spot is known for its comprehensive knowledge of all things coffee. Feel free to take a few bags home, or sign up for their subscription service. If you’re looking to stay a while, enjoy their coffee room on 179 West 900 South.
