I purchased a used Acura TL from Mike Hale roughly three years ago. Since then I've been back a few times for maintenance and repairs. I have been quite impressed by the service department. There's definitely a stereotype when it comes to dealerships, but I have not experienced anything that would keep me from coming back. You pay a premium for everything when you come to the dealer, and some things like air filters are better to buy on your own elsewhere. Overall I've had nothing but a good experience here
Fantastic customer service. Our son's car was dead, took it right in; they gave him a loaner. Other dealerships should take notice.
Jeff was a cool guy. He patiently explained the difference between various models in the segment I was looking for. Helped me understand the differences between various models and variants and manufactured years. Had a smooth test drive on the Interstate. Did not end up buying used 2016 RDX I liked as it was higher than the price I wanted to pay for it. When checked, I was given the price offered on Mike Hale website. On road price would be around $3k+ including sales tax and other charges. Learnt that usually it has 60k mile warranty. For a power warranty of 100k, will have to shed $1400 more. When checked for the best price, was told that they would work on it if I am buying it that day. Since I saw the price 35% more than my budget, did not take the discussion forward. Overall, good place to take a test drive, discuss on costs and you will be free to take a call, no sales pressures!!
Came in and bought my MDX from Gaby and couldn't have been better. Best car I've ever owned and Gaby worked harder than I thought possible to find it for me.
We knew what we wanted. They didn't pressure us to get anything else. They gave us a great deal.

My visit was at 5:30 p.m. on the 31st of the month. After my purchase I had remembered to ask an obscure question about missing light icons on my steering wheel for night driving. Paul came out to the car to show me what needed to be done. Finding the parts department was a little like running the corn maze both in and out. Everyone was awesome.
Had a pleasant experience. No pressure, professional sales reps.
