Dudes in the service dept are cool. Helped with with my radio anti theft code in like 30 seconds and didn't charge me a dollar. If I would have been carrying cash they would have all got a cold 20.

Unethical mechanic taking advantage, about a year ago I went to Acura to get a solenoid replaced. While was there I figured I might as well get a new battery because mine was starting to go bad. When I picked up my car the mechanic assured me he put in the new battery in and showed it to me, it was a duralast gold which I thought was weird but I figured that's all they had in stock at the moment, so I didn't think much of it. Big Mistake!!I went back in 14 months later because the battery started to go bad. When I went to have them replace it on the warranty they told me that they don't sell that battery and that I must have switched it out. They assured me that there is no way, THAT was the battery the mechanic installed. They then went on to tell me that the battery I purchased was pulled out of inventory so it must have ended up in my car.After about an 30 minutes of waiting I argued even more and was still told they didn't know what happened to the battery so they would sell me one for half off. Which is ridiculous because I already paid for a battery I never got. After an hour had past they replaced the battery and when I was leaving I asked the supervisor to look into it because the mechanic told me point-blank that it was new battery (which it obviously wasn't). The supervisor told me there was nothing he could do.In the end they did the right thing by getting me what I originally paid for, I am still frustrated by the whole ordeal but they ended up working with me and for that I am thankful.
